| The Landscape Committee is a standing advisory committee created by the Leisure World Board of Directors. It shall consist of residents from the Community, along with representation from Leisure World Management. Members of the Landscape Committee are recommended by the president of each Mutual and appointed by the Chair of the Leisure World Board of Directors. The Committee shall: | A. | Develop, recommend and oversee the execution of plans for the overall landscaping maintenance and enhancement of all exterior Trust areas and facilities. | | | | B. | Provide counsel and input to individual Mutuals requesting support in maintaining and enhancing their Mutual properties. This would also apply to individual homeowners regarding foundation plantings.
| | | | C. | Review and recommend to the Leisure World Board of Directors landscaping plans for new and renewal projects maintained by the Trust. | | | | D. | Review annually the specifications for the Grounds Maintenance contract as it relates to Trust properties and participating Mutuals. | | | | E. | prepare, as requested, reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, outlining the committee’s status regarding the Community’s Strategic Plan, summarizing the committee’s accomplishments during the report period, and recommending areas of improvement and goals for the future. |
