REGULAR - FULL TIME POSITIONS

 

HVAC MECHANIC - Physical Properties Department (02/09/10)

Requires a dependable high school graduate (or GED) with 4+ years of experience in the repair and replacement of heat pumps, electric heating and residential air conditioning systems. A CFC certification and a Journeyman’s license are required. A Master’s license would be a plus. The person filling this position must possess a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record. Commercial experience would be a plus. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

 

Administrative Assistant - Greens - Mutual 20B

Requires an individual with a high school diploma or (GED) and 2+ years office experience to furnish administrative support in a multiple building condominium. Must have excellent organization, communication and customer service skills, and be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment. The person filling this position will assist in maintaining the Budget and updated expense charts and graphs, weekly invoices, prepares a monthly Newsletter, maintains insurance claims file, orders office supplies and assists with personnel request as needed. Scheduled hours are: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
