PROPERTY MANAGER - Turnberry Courts - Mutual 21 (07/06/10) Salary Grade: 15 Requires an individual with a minimum of two years property management experience in a residential high-rise condominium. An AMS designation and CMCA certification are also required. The person filling this position must have strong computer and communication skills and have experience in budget preparation, financial administration and operational supervision. Scheduled hours are: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SERVICE PLUMBER - Physical Properties Department (07/06/10) Salary Grade: 12 Requires a dependable high school graduate (or GED) with 5+ years plumbing experience to repair or replace hot water heaters, faucets, sinks, toilets and vanity tops. A Backflow Certification and a Journeyman’s license are required for this position. The person filling this position must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs. Scheduled hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - The Greens (06/29/10) Salary Grade: 10 Requires an individual with a high school diploma or (GED) and 2+ years office experience to furnish administrative support in a multiple building condominium. Prior experience working in a condominium or high-rise would be a plus. Must have excellent organization, communication and customer service skills, and be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment. The person filling this position will assist in maintaining the Budget and updated expense charts and graphs, weekly invoices, prepares a monthly Newsletter, maintains insurance claims file and orders office supplies. Scheduled hours are: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL POLICE OFFICER - Security & Transportation Department (06/01/10) Salary Grade: 09 Requires a high school graduate (or GED) with previous security experience to patrol the community via vehicle, answer calls, write reports and supervise staff. The applicant must be eligible to obtain a Special Police Commission and Handgun Permit in the state of Maryland. Must have excellent public relation skills, strong communication skills in writing and verbally and be able to handle difficult situations which require multi-tasking. The person filling this position must be CPR/AED certified and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to work a varied schedule. Days and shifts are subject to change. All schedules include weekends.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Physical Properties Department (07/06/10) Salary Grade: 08 Requires a high school graduate (or GED) capable of working on a ladder or rooftop to perform basic painting, construction, and carpentry tasks including the use of small power hand tools. The person filling this position must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and be able to provide a copy of a current driving record. Scheduled hours are: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
REGULAR - PART TIME POSITIONS
RECEPTIONIST - Education and Recreation Department (07/20/10) (9 hrs per week) Salary Grade: 6 Requires an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to answer phones, register residents for classes and events. The person filling this position must possess basic computer skills and have the ability to multi-task. Scheduled hours are: Thursday from 5:00 p.m. - to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Additional hours may be available as needed.
